High quality and densely woven handmade silk Turkmen Sumac rug measuring 160 x 120 cm ( 5.3x 3.7 ft). Beautiful Gul all over design in Gold and yellow field having multiple link borders with amazing geometric design. This Sumac type is one of the high quality one from the Turkmenistan and made purely in silk weft and foundation. It has remained in good condition although has some age with few light spots of wear. Both long fringes are original and it has been professionally cleaned and washed. There seem to be one end 10 cm wider than other end however its rarity in the market is a big plus. Very attractive and decorative piece indeed.
