TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE CONTRACT

These Terms and Conditions of Trading (‘Agreement’) apply to all consumer contracts between Imperial rugs and the Customer (‘you/your’) in relation to all sales of goods and services.

Deliveries to restricted countries

We are unable to process online orders for some countries where there are restrictions in placed. Please check with us to ensure delivery can be achieved beforehand.

Product description

We take every care to ensure that the description, the origin of where the rug is coming from as well its age are accurate, however, there should be a definition whereby at best estimate of the age or production be acceptable to buyers.

Stock availability

We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range with the view of updating as on going process. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will normally be highlighted in your shopping basket.

Shipping to a different delivery address

We are pleased to arrange delivery of your order to an address that is different to your own billing address but, if you have not purchased from us before, we may contact you before we process your order to verify that your inquiry is genuine. This is purely is for your own protection from on line frauds.

Delivery times and charges

Standard deliveries to mainland UK addresses are normally made within 4 working days – Monday to Friday. Deliveries to all international addresses will take longer, but we endeavour to send all orders by the quickest route. For orders delivered outside the UK, we will confirm the anticipated delivery date to you.

Delivery charges are calculated by volumetric weight and length, we are pleased to announce that all deliveries regardless of their weights to the UK is free of charge. Please contact us for further details

Time of delivery is not of the essence in this Agreement. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of The Imperial Rugs or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.

Title and Risk

We retain ownership of any products purchased until we have received full payment for such products.

Returns policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of purchase. Please note we always ship our goods to the UK addresses free of charge however the return postage charges need to be covered by the purchaser. We are more than happy to recommend reliable shippers to ensure the goods are returned as it was sold and shipped to you. Once the item returned and confirmed the full refund will be reimbursed. If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must contact us first on +44 (0)7825761120 or +44 (0)208 455 8056 to obtain a returns authorisation.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in GBP (pounds sterling). If your order is for delivery within the European Union (EU), all prices charged are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then no VAT will be charged. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.

Security of payment

This is a secure website and is registered within the UK law and respects land security policies. We also have taken every care to ensure bank transfer or credit cards transactions via Paypal can be performed as securely as possible, however purchasers need to check with their own bank services to be satisfied with any transactions with Imperial rugs.
