These Terms and Conditions of Trading (‘Agreement’) apply to all consumer contracts between Imperial rugs and the Customer (‘you/your’) in relation to all sales of goods and services.

We are unable to process online orders for some countries where there are restrictions in placed. Please check with us to ensure delivery can be achieved beforehand.
We take every care to ensure that the description, the origin of where the rug is coming from as well its age are accurate, however, there should be a definition whereby at best estimate of the age or production be acceptable to buyers.
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range with the view of updating as on going process. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will normally be highlighted in your shopping basket.
We are pleased to arrange delivery of your order to an address that is different to your own billing address but, if you have not purchased from us before, we may contact you before we process your order to verify that your inquiry is genuine. This is purely is for your own protection from on line frauds.
Standard deliveries to mainland UK addresses are normally made within 4 working days – Monday to Friday. Deliveries to all international addresses will take longer, but we endeavour to send all orders by the quickest route. For orders delivered outside the UK, we will confirm the anticipated delivery date to you.
Delivery charges are calculated by volumetric weight and length, we are pleased to announce that all deliveries regardless of their weights to the UK is free of charge. Please contact us for further details
Time of delivery is not of the essence in this Agreement. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of The Imperial Rugs or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.
We retain ownership of any products purchased until we have received full payment for such products.
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We only ask that you contact us to arrange shipping and ensure the goods are returned as it was sold and shipped to you for a full refund or exchange. The Imperial rugs in special circumstances will cover the cost of shipping within the UK, but charges will be incurred for shipping outside the UK. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in GBP (pounds sterling). If your order is for delivery within the European Union (EU), all prices charged are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then no VAT will be charged. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.
