Deliveries to restricted countries

We are unable to process online orders for some countries where there are restrictions in placed. Please check with us to ensure delivery can be achieved beforehand.

Shipping to a different delivery address

We are pleased to arrange delivery of your order to an address that is different to your own billing address but, if you have not purchased from us before, we may contact you before we process your order to verify that your inquiry is genuine. This is purely is for your own protection from online frauds.

Delivery times and charges

Standard deliveries to mainland UK addresses are normally made within 4 working days – Monday to Friday. Deliveries to all international addresses will take longer, but we endeavour to send all orders by the quickest route. For orders delivered outside the UK, we will confirm the anticipated delivery date to you.

Delivery charges are calculated by volumetric weight and length, we, however, please to announce that for certain purchases within the UK the delivery might be free or of minimal charges. Please contact us for further details

Time of delivery is not of the essence in this Agreement. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of The Imperial Rugs or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.

Returns policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We only ask that you contact us to arrange the shipping and ensure the goods are returned as it was sold and shipped to you for a full refund or exchange. The Imperial rugs in special circumstances will cover the cost of shipping within the UK, but charges will be incurred for shipping outside the UK.
