Quality handmade wool Persian Qashqai or Shiraz room size rug measuring 300 x 191 cm ( 9.8 x 6.2 ft ). Diamond shaped central medallion in white featuring many floral and animal objects enclosed by large diamond shaped medallion in cherry red and midnight blue colours having similar detailed borders. This Qashqai rug despite of some age has remained in excellent condition with consistent pile and original fringes. The wool is very fine and has shimmy effects with very soft touch.
