Decorative handmade wool Persian Shiraz Qashqai rug circa 1950 measuring 226 x 157 cm ( 7.4 x 5 ft ). Two central medallions decorated with motifs in a red background having the blocks of blue designs in the borders having similar bands of inner and outer borders. This rug has been professionally cleaned and washed having both original end fringes and overall in good consistent pile commensurate with age.
