An attractive semi antique handmade wool Persian Hamadan rug circa 1950 measuring 215 x 125 cm ( 7 x 4.2 ft ). Central pointed diamond medallion detailed with Boteh objects surrounded by arrow motifs in light orange background having boteh design objects in each four corner with geometric border in dark blue colours.This is a good sturdy rug which has the taste of both city and tribal rug combined. Design is very rare and rug is generally in good condition with minor wear and trimmed both ends. Lovely decorative piece indeed.
