High quality handmade wool Persian Gabbeh rug measuring 240 x 160 cm ( 7.8 x 5.2 ft ). A Cream Plain field decorated with the rows of trees having various animals scattered around! The beautiful design and calming field all initiated from the weaver imagination and the quality of the gabbeh due to thinner foundation and dense weave proves the rug to be of higher quality. I have hardly seen such unique design in Gabbeh rugs! The leather lines sewn along the salvages also indicates the care taken to protect the edges. This Gabbeh is in excellent condition.
