Good old handmade wool Persian Balouch/Baluch rug measuring 195 x 109 cm ( 6 x 3.6 ft ). A tree design having animals and objects in an abrash white field surrounded by rich Cherry borders. The Balouchies are a nomadic ethnic group divided among , Pakistan and Afghanistan. Sometimes Baluchis can also be found in other countries, but in significantly smaller numbers. Most of them live in Pakistan today. Their carpets are usually small in size. The classic colours are accentuated by vivid patterns. This rug can be categorized as one of the original Baluchi type and has remained in good condition with some abrash wool were the shades changes in colours shown in few photos. It has been cleaned and washed ready to furnish your room.
