An old handmade wool Chinese Peking rug circa 1940 measuring 210 x 123 cm ( 6.8 x 4 FT ). Beautiful sky blue open field decorated with the floral objects in the narrow border having pale yellow background containing mystic motifs. This rug has been professionally cleaned and washed with both ends secured. Generally in good overall condition with minor localised wear commensurate with the age. Lovely Peking piece indeed.
