A Naturally old handmade old wool Persian Heriz or Kurdish long and narrow runner rug measuring 315 x 78 cm ( 6 x 4 FT ). Beautiful midnight blue field having 5 pointed medallions all interlinked and decorated with various objects in a narrow borders with similar colours. This runner has gone through natural process of consistent low pile with slight colour fading. It was professionally cleaned and washed with some minor repiling and colouring to bring the rug back to life. Both ends secured and salvages redone. It is a beautiful piece with having date circa 1967 ( in P,ersian 1346 ). Some wear commensurate with age but its beauty can fill any hallway, long corridors or stairs which are narrow and long.
