A genuine old handmade wool Persian Heriz wool rug circa 1950 measuring 282 x 225 cm ( 9 x 7 ft ). An all over design field decorated with leaves and geometric design in a deep abrashed brown and red background having similar motifs in midnight blue borders. This is a good quality Heriz rug which has defied age and remained in good overall condition with the consistent pile and very minor localised wear. It has been professionally cleaned and washed and ready to furnish your home.
