A genuine antique handmade wool P'ersian Mobarakeh I'sfahan rug circa 1900 measuring 2043 x 135 cm ( 6.6 x 4.4 ft ). Beautiful Tree of life design having central vase decorated with the floral motifs in white back ground surrounded with birds and animal border in lovely antique blue colour. This is a very fine piece with dense and thin foundation and although has some wear throughout but remained in good condition and is a very decorative piece. Both salvages redone and ends trimmed and secured. It has a abrash white colour and is part of wool used and has got no stain.
