A prime example of fine old handmade wool Persian Heriz room size rug circa 1930. Measuring 360 x 275 cm (11.8' x 8.8'), A powerful angular central medallion decorated with bold floral and geometric motifs in deep red as well as light blues and ivory colours and surrounded by similarly geometric objects along the borders in deep dark blue. Apart from its powerful presence in both design and weave, it also shows off its incredible Abrash coloured field. This rug has been professionally cleaned and washed with both ends trimmed and secured. It is in a very good condition with rich colours and consistent pile ready to furnish your home.
