An Afghan handmade wool rug measuring 115 x 85 cm ( 3.7 x 2.7 ft ). A pictorial Afghan rug remembering the war inflicted to the country for the past 4 decades. Tanks, war planes and soldiers amongst other scenes all remenaces of the war torn country subjected to various invasion and destructions. Many of these rugs have been produced over the years reflecting ordinary people's feeling towards unjust wars. Rug is in very good condition throughout.
