An impressive and stunning handmade wool antique Art Deco Chinese room size rug circa 1940 measuring 380 x 305cm (12.4' x 10'). All over design with mystic motifs each decorated with Dragon pearls and other various objects in dark blue field surrounded by similarly designed border. This rug is one of the fine of the Chinese Art deco rugs with very soft and shimmy wool. It has been professionally cleaned and washed having good pile with some areas of minor wear commensurate with the usage and age.
