An antique handmade wool Yamout Turkmen rug circa 1900 measuring 310 x 190 cm ( 10' x 6.3' ). Rows of Gul design each decorated with geometric objects in a abrash brown field surrounded by similar white and yellow borders. This fine Turkmen rug has defied age and remained in good overall condition being professionally cleaned and washed with having one end Kelim preserved. There are few minor localised wear commensurate with the age otherwise lovely charming Yamout Turkmen rug ready to furnish your home.
