Extremely attractive and very sought after handmade wool room size Turkish Kilim possibly Armenian type measuring 295 x 180 cm ( 9.5 x 5.9 ft ). Central medallions in hooked edges and fertility symbols as well as geometric design few characteristics in which this Kilim can be described. Possibly made in the village of Yoruk or Konya region in Turkey even though background colours can be associated with Armenian and Kazak Kilims too. Possibly around 100 years old this Kilim has remained in very good condition with nice colour platters. Very rarely such lovely piece comes to open market.
