High quality genuine antique Tekke Turkmen wool handmade rug circa 1880 measuring 110 x 110 cm ( 3.6 x 3.6 ft ). Rows of Gul motifs each decorated with geometric motifs in multi borders in rich red background field. This is a very good quality Tekke rug due to fabolous design and natural dyed colours. It has a very fine weave and is over 100 years old very much a collectable piece. Although with age but has remained in good condition with consistent pile and having original end Kilims. Professionally cleaned and washed with very minor wear due to the age. Really a collectable item.
