A beautiful handmade Persian tribal Khamseh wool rug circa 1900 measuring 190 x 156 cm ( 6 x 5.3 ft ). All over panels of geometric design having detailed birds, animals and trees in light field background surrounded by multiple borders having detailed motifs in various colours. This federation Khamseh rug is one of the quality with the fine thin foundation and lovely natural dyed colours, apart of one repair done with some minor localised wear commensurate with age is in good consistent low pile condition. Professionally cleaned and washed both ends secured and ready to furnish your room.
