Afghan gold rug circa 1950 175 x 115cm
Handmade wool old Afghan gold rug circa 1940 measuring 175 x 115cm (5.7' x 3.7' ). Three hexagonal central motifs each decorated with the geometrical objects in gold colours and batches of peach shades. This rug has a shimmy wool and is in overall good condition with some localised wear commensurate with the age and usage. It was professionally cleaned and washed having both end fringes secured.
