A charming and naturally worn handmade wool Afghan B'aluch rug circa 1940 measuring 147 x 100 cm ( 5 x 3 ft ). Central panel decorated with geometric stars and other objects having similar borders in light burgundy, yellow and grey colours. This rug is one of the original baluch rugs due to the soft wool and very fine foundation. It has been professionally cleaned and washed with both ends secured some areas of wear and natural fade commensurate with the age and usage otherwise very decorative piece.
