HANDMADE PERSIAN SILK AND WOOL TABRIZ RUG
A fine handmade Persian silk and wool Tabriz rug measuring 160 x 100cm (5' x 3'). A central vase decorated with vibrant flowers having two pillars indicative of ancient Persopolis at each side with the sun and lion emblems above. The pictures of Cyrus the Great along with the emblems belonging to the ancient Persia explains the rich history and an old civilization. The inscription at both ends indicates the rug was made in the city of Tabriz. The name of the famous factory ( Gostar rug) also in Tabriz is attached at the back of the rug including in the protected leather sewn along the salvation. The weft and wrap of the foundation made of silk and the finest wool and are relief cut whereby there are engraved weaves which in Iranian is called " GUL Bargesteh". The rug is in very good condition with both end silk fringes have remained long and healthy. The colours very vibrant and bright as normally expected from new silk and wool Tabriz rugs.

Delivery times and charges
Standard deliveries to mainland UK addresses are normally made within 4 working days – Monday to Friday. Deliveries to all international addresses will take longer, but we endeavour to send all orders by the quickest route. For orders delivered outside the UK, we will confirm the anticipated delivery date to you.
Delivery charges are calculated by volumetric weight and length, we, however, please to announce that for certain purchases within the UK the delivery might be free or of minimal charges. Please contact us for further details
